We do everything we can to deliver your products as good and as quickly as possible. If you nevertheless have a complaint, you can first report it to email@example.com or contact us via whatsapp +31 (0)6 33 02 09 11.
Describe your complaint as clearly as possible, if it is possible to take pictures of the product you have the complaint about, we would appreciate this very much.
This way we can of course best deal with your complaint.
Unfortunately, it can always happen that something does not go quite as planned. We recommend that you first make complaints known to us by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org. If this does not lead to a solution, which seems very unlikely to us, it is possible to register your dispute for mediation via Stichting WebwinkelKeur via https://www.webwinkelkeur.nl/kennisbank/consumenten/geschil. From 15 February 2016, it is also possible for consumers in the EU to register complaints via the ODR platform of the European Commission. This ODR platform can be found at http://ec.europa.eu/odr. If your complaint is not yet being handled elsewhere, you are free to file your complaint via the European Union platform."
